I agree i cant believe that we are so far into May already... time continues to fly by and the weeks seem like days and the months seem like weeks. ha. things have been going good for me the weather here is still crazy, it has been nice for the most part but these past few days it has been raining and blowing so that kind of stinks but rain is a lot nicer to do missionary work in than snow at least i think.

Well we have Wryley set with a baptismal date, it isn't 'til June 19th but it's set. it isn't 'til then because his little sister is going to be turning 8 and so they want to do them together that way family can come in and be there. i'm so excited, since we been going over there and teaching the family they've done a complete 180 from where they were, it's so awesome to see all the good things the church can do for people.

So like mid last transfer probably late March we tracted into this lady that had been a member but was not anymore for certain reasons, but anyways we talked with her and she was saying how she needed to come back to church but just didn't think that it was time yet. so Saturday we got a phone call and it was her and she was like i want to come to church on sunday where is it and what time, so she came! :) it was awesome, we are going to start teaching her in the next week or so. but she wont be able to be baptized for awhile because of certain things.

we went over to the Paula families home again earlier this week and visited with them and shared another lesson, i love that family so much, they are great people. The ward has been so good to us, it is awesome to feel the love and support they give us as missionaries, all we need them to do now is give us referrals lol.

so yeah my last interview with President Christison is tomorrow, i'm excited and am looking forward to that but at the same time it will stink knows it's the last one. we've been doing lots of tracting as always just because we dont have too many people to teach so we are out there trying to find people that we will be able to teach. i hope with what we have going on in the area that i'll be able to stay at least one more transfer but i guess we'll wait and see.

Elder Woollard enjoyed the package and told me to tell you thanks, the little note that you wrote with it he put up by his desk. ha he had a great birthday and he said it was one of the best he's had.

i hope that everyone has a great rest of the week, thank you so much for the email and the updates. i miss you and love you all! keep in touch! love you!

So i woke up this morning with like 3 inches of snow on the ground lol, the weather here is so crazy, it's the middle of may and we got snow. but i guess it's supposed to melt off by this afternoon. how has the weather been for y'all back home? it was so awesome being able to talk to all of you on the phone Sunday i cant believe that it will only happen one more time... i always love hearing the families voice. Morgan's voice sure has changed since when i was back home, it is so crazy. but yeah i like to think back to all the memories of growing up and talk with the siblings about it.

thank you for sending the ensign and some other misc stuff, i hope i get it today just cuz i love getting mail! hah i did get the pizza and everything and when the delivery guy came this time i knew it was for us ha, and i gave him a $3 tip or something like that. thank you again for doing that!

since we talked on mothers day not too much has happened, we've went out and done some tracting, shared some lessons and given service work so it's been a pretty well balanced week. a member in the ward called us and asked if we would come help him put his transfer case back into his suburban so we went over there monday night from like 7-9 then from 10-1 on tuesday morning. i loved being able to wear normal clothes and do like actual physical work! ha i miss them days... but today for pday we are going to go over to one of the church buildings and "Rocky" the Denver Nuggets mascot is going to come because he is in the zone leaders ward, anyways he is coming and is going to give out a bunch of free stuff and he is bringing trampelines and we are going to jump on them and dunk it and stuff like that. i guess he competes in competitions and so he is going to show us how to do it. so i'm excited. we have some apts lined up throughout the week so it will be good.

i hope that everyones week continues to go well. i loved being able to talk with everyone, thank you for all that you do and for the great family that you are! :) i miss you so much and love you!!!!! take care! love you!!!

hello everyone! only like 4 days left 'til i get to talk to you. it seriously seems like we just talked not too long ago, what will there be to talk about. ha just kidding i'm sure we'll find things. oh and i'm on the computer that the question mark doesn't work again! anyways how has everything been going for everyone. life has been treating me well.

so i was just rubbing it in Elder Allred's face that Alison and the softball team
went to Royal and beat them in both games! lol i love giving him garbage! i think today we are going to go out and run routes and throw the football around so i'm excited to get a good exercise and have a good time doing it! that really stinks that the weather has been so crummy up there with the wind and all. the weather has been decent down here, yesterday the wind was blowing a little but today is a beautiful day so i'm excited to get out!

well we got to go to the temple this morning and we woke up at like 5 so we could get there early, but i didn't even fall asleep 'til like 1:30 ha a little later than i'm supposed to be going to be but yeah i'm not even that tired! ha i love going to the temple and once your there not having to worry about everything else that is going on outside just being able to relax! i took a couple more pictures of it.

last pday was pretty fun being able to go to the Rockies game and all. so we bought these cheap $4 tickets at a grocery store that wouuld be like nose bleed tickets and then when we got to the game this guy came up to me and started talking with me and he was saying how he was a member just not active anymore anyways and he was like i got season tickets right by the first base line and i'll talk with the person that watches the seats and see if he could grab you a couple so you can sit by me, so he went in and talked with this guy and then called us up and told us we could sit by him, he was such a great guy he bought us all soda's and pretty much anything we wanted, so we payed $4 for really nice seats pretty much! ha..

we went over to the Gaus families home again and shared the first lesson it went so well, me and my comp were both suprised because Wryley has ADHD and cant sit still and is always talking about weird random things but before the lesson we said hey if you sit still and listen to us we'll talk with you about whatever you want once we're done. so we shared the lesson and he participated and answered lots of questions and at the end of the lesson he said "i really liked that message, thank you for sharing that with us" you could feel the spirit so strong in their home, and we knew that he felt it as well! he told us that he wants to be baptized and so we think that his will probably be in late June because his little sister turns 8 in June and so they want to do them both together so family can come. the baptism that is coming up this sunday is going to be at 5 in the evening

on monday we had a amazing zone confrence! like it was probably one of my favorite ones yet! it was on the Savior and his love for us all, the thing that was cool is that the training was silent like no one talked it was just on a presentation that President made and we all sat in the chapel and read from it and we were marking scriptures and allowing the spirit to teach us. i really enjoyed it.

well i look forward to talking with everyone here in like 4 days! i cant wait and i hope that everyones week continues to go well for you. i miss you so much and love you even more! :) take care, bye bye

So what's the weather been like back home, the weather here has been awesome these past few days, almost too hot ha... but just last week we had thunder storms and tornado warnings it was pretty crazy how much it rained there for a couple days!

This week has been going pretty well, we had dinner with the Paula family monday night and talked about the program for the baptism and we are pretty sure that we are going to do it Sunday evening right after church but they seem to be really excited and i'm glad taht i got to stay in the area for another transfer that way i could see the baptism. i'm not sure what time i will call home on mothers day, whatever time works for you it doesn't really matter to me.

we are going to call from a members home, his name is Josh Mosher. he is a recent convert and is the brothern that we went with to the temple a couple weeks back because he recieved his endowment. Yesterday we got to go over to his house and help him with yard work and i got to mow the lawn! haha i miss mowing lawn, i dont know why and that is weird i know but i miss doing it so it was awesome! he didn't have a sweet riding lawn mower but it got the job done. ha he said since we helped him with all of that he wants to feed us a steak dinner sometime so i'm way excited haha or he said he could get some lobster ha who knows but i cant wait! he is a great guy.

we were out tracting one day and we were talking with this lady and then we asked her if we could help her out with anything and they had just moved into this place and had a bunch of heavy things that she couldn't move around so we asked if we could do it for her and she said yes so we got to help out for a couple hours. i dont know why but i love helping people out with service work, whatever it is i just love doing it! it sometimes softens peoples hearts that might not be receptive to the message and first. she told us to come back next week and we can share some things with her so that will be good.

Oh so there is a family i think i mentioned last week, the Gaus family well they had us into their home last week and we shared a lesson with them and then we have an apt again tonight so hopefully we'll be able to set their boy with a baptismal date tonight. he is 10 almost 11 and so we hope we'll have another baptism within the next month.

we did get Elder Woollards bike fixed but then just yesterday he got a flat again ha i think my companions have the worst luck with bikes! but we got it fixed again so it is nice to be on bikes but this high altitude gets to me!

well we are heading out here in a couple minutes to go to the rockies game so i'm excited for that. look for us on the tv haha. i hope that everyone has a great week thank you so much for all that you have done and continue to do! i cant wait to hear back from y'all. i miss you and love you all so much!

So y'all called it, i'm staying here in the area for another transfer with Elder Woollard. I'm pretty excited about it. i think the worst part about transfers is waiting for the call to see if you're staying or leaving because you have no clue what is going to happen. so yeah we got the call last night saying we were both staying which is awesome because we really think that we have lots going on in this area and that we will hopefully be able to get at least 3 baptisms this next transfer. at least that is a goal that Elder Woollard and i have set so we will see what happens.

We had dinner over at our bishops house last night and he was telling us about how good of a job we are doing and that we have the wards trust which is key when it comes to missionary work, cuz if you dont have their trust then you can kiss any referrals good bye. i was happy to hear him say that.

so there is this less active family that moved here 4 years ago from utah and we went over to visit them last week and invited them to come to church, it was really neat to see them show up at church on sunday because the members hadn't seen them in a long while but anyways they have a son who is almost 11 that we are going to start teaching, they seem like they are wanting to be commited in coming to church now so hope good things will come of it! :)

Leila Paula's baptism was going to be May 1st but her Uncle is going to be gone so they're pushing it back to mothers day so i dont know what time i'll call, ethier in the morning or later evening. i guess we'll wait and see what happens. but her older brother Steve who is 16 and just becoming active again is the one who is going to baptize her now so their mom is excited.

but yeah everything in the area has been going pretty well and we are doing great, especially since Elder Woollard FINALLY got his bike! lol i can feel myself losing weight already! lol NOT!! but hopefully soon. riding in this higher elevation can kill ya! ha no joke, but it will be good when i get back because i'll be used to this elevation and i'll be able to go for miles back home! anyways so he got his bike on friday and we put it together and so we got to ride up until yesterday we were on our way to dinner and he ran over a piece of glass and it popped! lol so we pushed the bikes the rest of the way but we are going to get it fixed later today hopefully. so yeah that was our week! :)

speaking of phone calls only like not too long 'til i get to call home! :) sweet!! it feels like i just called home though. would you be mad if i didn't call home this time? lol NOT!!!! i wouldn't pass that up for anything... but it sounds like y'all are keeping really busy still, i hope ya find time to relax... thanks again for the letters and things you send to me i love hearing from you all so much and i apologize if i dont respond right away i do my best! i hope the rest of the week goes well for you all and i cant wait to hear back! i miss you and love you bunches! :)

It seems like it was just a couple days ago that i last emailed y'all, it is crazy how time goes by fast. but this next week pday will be tuesday so make sure to email monday night or tuesday morning if you want me to read it ha. transfers are on Wednesday just for this transfers so the time will be even faster between when we email! :) hah... well how is everyone doing? whats new up in the Basin? things over here in Aurora are going well ha as good as can be expected. i mean just the city life, not the work we have actually had a pretty good week.

Leila wont be able to be baptized this week because her uncle who is going to baptize her has been traveling back and forth to Hawaii with for this month so we aer set for May 1st and we hope that goes through. We asked if we could still come over once a week and share a lesson with the family since part of the family is less active and so the mom said we could and so we have an appointment there tonight. i really hope i'll be able to stay at least one more transfer, not really because of the area but because we have lots of things going that possibly could turn into something so i'm hoping i'll stay one more. Elder Woollard says that we are both staying one more and i always tease him and say nope i'm leaving ha but i think we both will as well.

this past saturday we had the chance to go to a primary activity focused on missionary work it was way fun. each of the kids went to a mission and they had like a fake plan that they got in and acted like they were flying out to their missions anyways we got to teach one of the break out sessions they had and it was fun. we were asked to teach the kids about the normal day of a missionary, so we acted it out pretty much and had them do things with us. like jumping jacks (for exercise), talking with people, eating healthy ha things like that.

then right after the primary activity we got to go to the temple because there is a somewhat recent convert that asked us to go to the temple because he recieved his endowment. the temple was so packed though i dont think i've ever seen that many people there at one time. there were weddings going on, and plus everything else happening it was awesome to see it that busy though because everyone is doing the Lords work. i thought i was pretty lucky being able to go to the temple twice last week! :) i 'm so glad we have a temple close by back home that we can go to. those are pretty much the high lights of my week.

Elder Woollard will hopefully get his bike sometime this week so that way we can start riding bikes and i can start losing weight! not too much else is happening. i hope everyone has a great week and things go well for y'all. thank you for the email and the letters i love hearing from you! i miss you and love you! take care and keep in touch!
